Lloyd J. Patton, BS, ACTAR

Lloyd Patton has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Trenton State College, and has been accredited as a traffic accident reconstructionist by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR) since October 1992. With more than 34 years of experience (Public Law Enforcement and Private Sector) in accident reconstruction. He has qualified and testified numerous times as an expert in traffic collision reconstruction at trial and depositions in criminal, civil, and traffic proceedings in Pennsylvania.

During his tenure he has investigated approximately 3,500 traffic accidents which ranged from minor collisions up to and including large commercial vehicle accidents and fatal traffic accidents.

Lloyd firmly believes in continuing his education in the field of accident reconstruction offered throughout the country and around the world.

Currently, Lloyd is serving as the Vice President of the National Association of Traffic Accident Reconstruction.
